Erin Diaz

Erin is one of our orthodontic assistants.  As a child Erin was a patient in our office.  After High School she attended MATC for dental assisting.  She started working with us as an orthodontic assistant in 2001.  Erin left our office in 2006 when she moved to Colorado where she lived for 5 years.  She returned to our office in September of 2011.  We are happy to have her back as part of our Team.  In her free time she enjoys reading, camping and snowboarding.  What Erin says she likes most about orthodontics is watching the changes to people's smiles from start to finish.

Ann Kittilstad

Ann works in our front office, and provides a wonderful first impression for our patients. She helps assist our patients by scheduling appointments, sending appointment reminders, and answering any questions that they might have. Ann's background is in education, so she always enjoys being able to work with patients of all ages to make each orthodontic treatment a positive experience. Ann's favorite thing about working in orthodontics is seeing patients before and after their treatments and how much they've changed in appearance and self-confidence over time. Outside of the practice, Ann enjoys spending time with her three children, Jacob, Megan and Paige, as well as reading, running, biking, and enjoying the company of her family and friends.

Elizabeth Treml

Elizabeth is our clinical director, and has over 12 years of experience working in dentistry and orthodontics. Elizabeth loves working with her patients. She enjoys the personal, one-on-one interaction with her patients, and seeing the changes that she knows will help guide her patients toward better dental health and a healthier lifestyle. Elizabeth has lived in Milwaukee since 1998. She and her husband, Ron, have one son, Michael and one daughter, Valerie. When shes not at the practice, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, doing crafts, scrapbooking, and reading. Elizabeth's nickname is Happy!

James Davidson

James is one of our orthodontic assistants, and has been part of our team since 2008 with over 17 years of experience in the dental field. James favorite thing about working in orthodontics is the patients! He enjoys talking with each patient, and getting to know them. He is grateful for all of the friendships he has made over the years. James also looks forward to the challenges of working in orthodontics, and enjoys working to overcome each challenge to improve his patients smiles and health. James is originally from Greendale, and has lived in West Bend since 2006. He has one son, named Joshua, who he loves spending time with. He also likes going to the races and watching sports. James is also involved in several youth mentoring programs.

Mary Weiland

Mary has been with our practice since 1994 and has over 16 years of experience working in orthodontics. She wears many hats at our practice, treatment and financial coordinator as well as the office manager. Mary is always available when you have questions, and she looks forward to working with all of our patients to provide a positive orthodontic experience. Mary's favorite thing about working in orthodontics is seeing the changes and growth of each patient throughout their treatments, and how each patients self-confidence grows with each appointment. Mary is originally from Milwaukee, and has lived in Jackson since 2005. She and her husband, Bruce, have three grown children Derrick, Tracy, and Nicholas. They are also the proud grandparents of five grandchildren. When she's not at the practice, Mary enjoys golfing, walking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Rolonda Taylor

Rolonda has been working with our team since 2007. She loves working with our patients, and helping them throughout their orthodontic treatment. Rolonda was once an orthodontic patient herself, and that's what inspired her to work in orthodontics as an adult. Rolonda has lived in Milwaukee since 1985. She has two children, Tyler and Jaylynn, and in her free time she enjoys cooking, cleaning, working with her cousin to start their social club, and spending time with her family.

Susan Ebert

Susan is our receptionist, and most likely the friendly, caring voice that youll hear when you call our practice. She joined our practice in 2009, and has been making our patients smile ever since. Susans favorite thing about working in orthodontics is getting to see the smiles on the patients faces when their braces are removed and they see their new smiles for the first time. She enjoys hearing about her patients experiences, and being part of a team that is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Susan is originally from Hayward and has lived in Grafton since 1987. She and her husband, Gregory, have two children, Alysha and Lucas. When she's not at the practice, Susan enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, reading, decorating, and spending time with her family.
